Why do I need an Executive coach?
When you decide to work with an executive coach, it is because you want to change something. It is in our nature as humans to be averse to change. Change takes us out of our comfort zone and lunches us into the unknown. But change is what helps us leave the status quo and grow. As an experienced Executive Coach, I will help you identify the areas you want to change, then help you create a blueprint of how to bring about the change and finally, and most importantly, I will enable you to implement the changes.
What is executive coaching?
As an executive coach, my job is to help you move forward both professionally and personally. I work with clients who are in leadership positions with staff or executive responsibility.
In a leadership position, you have responsibility for staff performance and development. As an executive coach, I help you improve on interpersonal communication, performance management, understanding the psychology of behavioral styles, motivation methods, dealing with conflict, etc.
